Help identifiying frog please?

Question

I found a frog in the laundry room in my apt. building covered in lent.. I have tried to find out what kind it is but i can't find any pics that look like it. I live in central il. the frog is a dark green/brown color. has some little bumps on its back. its belly is kinda white with brown spots on it. can anyone tell me from that what it is or where to look to find out what it is.

It actually sounds more like a common toad.
