It looks to be a cross between a blue diamond ( http://www.discus-south.com/images/stock... ) and albino turquoise ( http://i257.photobucket.com/albums/hh238... ), though there are obviosuly a number of other things it could be depending on the purity of the parents.  Regardless it's not a pure, named strain.
