Help identifying a smooth jazz song?

It's a guitar-synth driven song. The song kinda starts with a rhythm guitar (electric) and then as it's playing, there's a synth that gradually gets louder and it almost sounds like a siren. Through the track, there's interplay between the guitar and synth and the song ends with the same siren-ish synth.

I love that song, but I dont know the title/artist, can anyone help PLEASE?

It could be by the Chick Corea Elektrik Band with Frank Gambale on the guitar and Chick Corea on the synth.
