You will have to pay $100.00 dollars, the amount of the fine. If you go before a judge, you will probably also have to pay court costs. Check to see if you can pay the fine without having to go before the judge.

Just wear the seatbelt. It's a lot cheaper in the long run.

$100 absolute minimum.  Many States add sales tax!!  Also court costs, and any add on costs that State or County demand, many of which will seem irrelevant, but you still have to pay.

my husband recently received a ticket for not wearing his seat belt in north carolina- $100.00 fine which was $25.00 for not wearing the seat belt and $75.00 court cost even tho he never went to court. That has to be paid
