  1. I know me 2 .try exercise....after I ride my bike for a few hours... Im wired

  2. A visit to your Doctor for a physical and blood work-up might be a good idea.  I am, at times, amazed at what some people believe a healthy diet consist of.  Keep a record of everything that you eat for one week and then show this to your doctor. If you drink a lot of water you may have washed most of the potassium out of your system.  Your problem could be many things.

  3. M y suggestion is (yes)  see a doctor , you can not self diagnose this problem without all the facts. You could be low in iron. Your GP will do tests to confirm if this is so or not.

  4. Are you diabetic? See a doctor.

  5. Go see a doctor, you could have low blood pressure or you by be vitamin deficient, either way they will be able to tell you.

  6.   I once had a childhood friend who had tired blood, but it could be anything at this point.  Maybe it is the time of year, allergies, your busy schedule, or maybe you are coming down with a cold.

Really hard to say just yet.

  7. maybe you are getting to much sleep.

  8. I've been tired for 12 years, 3 days is nothing.  It might just be because you are bored with your life, when you walk the dog do you walk briskly and get plenty of fresh air in your lungs?  Does it invigorate you by the time you get home?

Sleeping too much can make you lethargic, too.  Can you go back to a normal sleep time table for a couple of weeks, eat 3 meals a day, not just "healthy' fruit and veg, but also meat and carbs, and dairy, at normal times, and make sure you get plenty of mental, and physical stimulation.  Sitting at the computer surfing the NET  and reading and writing emails does NOT fall into those categories.

Try not to fall victim to taking a lot of uppers to get you going, because that will only make you crash 12 hours later, or make it difficult to sleep at night.  I know that, when you are tired, none of these options sound such a great idea, but, if you are neurologically normal they should work, and if they do not, then a trip to the doctor may be warranted.  Apparently a larger percentage of all doctor's visits are caused by fatigue.

This next information is not meant to scare you, and should only be considered if these measures do not work, but Fibromyalgia (which is my diagnosis) can cause unbeatable fatigue, as well as headaches.
