how can i go to the bathroom without having to go to the store to get stuff

  1. You need more fiber in your diet.  Most people should be getting at least 25 grams of fiber everyday.  You can probably get a list on-line of foods that are high in fiber.  You can also use a supplement, like benefiber.  It is taste less so you can put it in your food or in your drink.
