okay so like in a year im having this huge party my 15 años or as here in america it's called sweet 15/16..so in my country the celebration starts in the church..the preacher is gonna make me read this paragraph and im really scared to talk infront of alot of people what if i don't wanna read? do u have any tips for me??how can i overcome my stage fright thing....thanxs i would really appreciate your help!!

I didn&#039;t have my quince because of this and I regret it!  It sucks because you have to do it in spanish too.. and then another one at your party!  Just stay calm.. the people who are usually at the church are the closer people.  Just calm down, they all love you and are there for you.

As for the party if you have to do another speech (you usually do), just prepare it ahead of time, thank everybody.  I&#039;ve been to one quince and it was short and sweet, and another was really long and drawn out n made everyone sleepy..

just calm down girl!  it will be okay!

All I can tell you is practice. And get used to it. Any good job will require you to be able to speak in front of people, whether in a staff meeting, or a training seminar, or before a conference of your peers. Read the paragraph over and over. Practice it at least once a day. Also, practice reading aloud from books, so you get used to it. As for the stage fright, I recommend that you take a deep breath, look at the page (don&#039;t look right at the people, that can be nerve wracking if you don&#039;t have practice with public speaking) and get it over with (:
