Help im in debt?

was wanting to know if anyone out there knows the laws in georgia as far as what can collection agencys do if they can not collect the money that they want? cant file bankruptcy and of course cant come up with the money they want right now. how far are they willing to go

Well, the only thing they can do is keep calling you or call your work place.  (And even so, they cant harrass you about it.  They can only tell you to pay and belittle you, and thats it)  So, never give them your work place name, phone, or address.  Never give them your home phone number or cell number.  And all they can do is keep calling and keep sending letters.  If worse comes to worse, they will take you to court.  But, that only happens if you owe them alot of money.
