Help im stranded in gainesville, FL?!?

So, looks like I'm stranded in Gainesville, FL for the summer and I need some ideas of something that me and a few friends could do together in Gainesville or within a 40 mile radius, before we start college. We want to make it a very memorable summer. Please Help?

Flee Hogtown and go to Orlando or Jacksonville. Or stay in town and watch the clock on the tower turn, and pidgeons poo on the Confederate statue.
