Help im stuck.. whats it called when you get something..?

whats it called when you get something lets say a laptop but you also get the adittional extras (the good things) i cant think of the right word!! arhhh sooo fustrating the only word i can think of is advantages but thats not it and dosent sound right..

i dont realy know if im making scence here...

Cheryl B's answer "Accessories" could be the best.  It's just a matter of whether you want a short or long word.
