Help importing .mov video into DVD Studio Pro!?

Question

I'm trying to import my video into DVD Studio Pro and it keeps telling me "incompatible format" to me when i try to add it as an asset.

the video is just a .mov file, i exported it from Final Cut Pro even.

this is about my first time using DVD Studio Pro and I've watched the tutorial videos Final Cut Studio gave me, and it never explains how to import a video for your DVD
