Help in GTA VICE CITY

Question

Before I have asked how to fly on an aeroplane in VICECITY so all of them who have replied me said that I cant fly an aeroplane but can fly in a helicopter but I do not know where to go!

So my question is to where I should go to fly a helicopter?

well theres on a that big mansion where a guy Diaz is and u can only find it there when u own the mansion or theres one on the road near the first save point when u start the game just follow the road right when u step out of the building.

theres a police one somewhere near a police station

and thats all i can think of and you can only fly aeroplanes in GTA san aundreas (just in case u were wondering)

They have helicopters scatters around vice city after you complete the Phenom Phen 86 mission.

Your mansion has one

There's on in the gardens of the lowrise condos in vice point

The Hyman condos have one on the roof downtown.

You need to complete some missions first, then when you get the mansion of diaz, there is a helicopter.

you can buy alot of houses in vice city. try buy up all the houses you can, then attempt to get on the roof of places somehow, i tried this and i got a helicopter on one of em...

P.S. you can get planes on vice city! i flew one which was the ones that fly close up to the water! try find some docks if you want an aeroplane.

Go to your mansion on the island.

helicopter is on top of a building somewhere on the 2nd island in a police headquarter. Its a police chopper. there is also airplane in there.
