Help in MySQL Command Line CLient error inserting values in table?

Newbie here in using MySQL 5.0 (download latest version as of this writing). I'm inserting values in my created table but always getting an error. Please check on the link as I printed the screen of the actual scenario. Thanks.

  1. The name and password are varchars, so they must be enclosed in quotes, i.e "john", "1234".
