You should knock out the enemy by throw.

Throw = Press backward + Circle button near the enemy

Sparring with Sasuke.

(Perform extra hits +3 times)

Extra Hit = Press forward towards flying opponent + Circle button

flying opponent/ opponent in the air

It means that unless you knock them out with a throw you fail the mission.

I'm not sure what the second one is but i think it means either do a 3 hit combo or rebound a throw 3 times
