Help in Pokemon Saphire version?

Ok, I have three gym badges. And I'm trying to go to the town with the fire type gym leader. Larvidge town I think. But I cant go there because the Team Aqua guys are blocking the cable car, and I can't go to town they were talking about because I don't know Surf. And yes, I have already gone over to Vendurnaf town where Wally is. Please Help me.

You have to go through the fiery path and go the Fallarbor town and go into the pokemon center and talk to the girl on the computer . She'll invite you to her house go there and she'll give you a poke'doll. Then go into metor falls where you find a professor with team aqua members who are stealing the metor and you battle them and then exit. Go back to the cable car place and you'll be able to go up and get the metor. Then you are able to go to Larvidge town.

I think I remember this. At the cable car, go north instead of south. You have to fight several Team aqua guys and then you come to them stealing the orb. After that they should leave.

Edit-Sorry, I misunderstood. what you need to do is go through the firey path (just southwest of the cable car) and continue to Fallarbor Town. Past there is meteor falls. You have to beat team aqua there and they'll move from in front of the cable car. Hope that helps you.
