Help in booking trip to France..?

I am trying to book a trip to Paris and I don't want to pay an arm & a leg. I've tried all the travel sites and the lowest price was $1400. I don't want to pay more than $400. I know sometimes they offer last minute deals but I can't book something like that because of work. Any ideas where I can book a trip to Paris for 4-7 days for $400 w/ air fare & hotel??

Where are you going to be flying from and what dates are you looking at to go. These will make a huge difference in pricing. But with the Euro:dollar exchange rate right now I honestly don't think you will be able to find something, including both hotel and airfare for $400. Especially for 4-7 days.

I think you re gonna have to pay more for the flight but the best thing to do if you don t have much money to spend is to go on :

and find somebody who will welcome you for free

If you can find the best flight rates, then organize everything on your own. First, visit          PARIS35.com   for hotel booking, cheapest by far. spend time on the web to localize were you`re staying with metro map and just do it with your nose, Paris is safe inside city and beautiful EVERYWHERE.

Are you dreaming??  $400.00 incl. flight and hotel in Paris!!!! Just hotel in Paris are over $100/nite, so just 4 days will be $400.00

On budget?  Don't even go now and save money for later.

About food? figure close to $50.00 a day mabe more.

France is not cheap for people from USA.  Dollar is very weak.

I think you're dreaming with your 400$.

I usually book about 850$ from Montreal, just the flight. But it depends of the dates, it's much more expensive in july-august and around Xmas. You can have good prices with www.travelcuts.com or www.flyzoom.com

Where do you fly from ? What are your dates ?

For the hotel, it's hard to find hostels cheaper than 100$ in Paris-City (tx included) per night.
