Help in charging my psp ~_~?

i bought my psp from japan and the electricty power thingy is 110 volts and i live in duba,uae where the electricity is 220 volts, my psp charger is 5v, 2000mAand its written on the charger:

input:100v-240v~0.3a 50/60 hz

output:5v 2000mA

is it safe to use it in the uae?

yes the input thing means it needs 100v-240v to work and it gives the psp 5 v
