Help in connecting my amp to my car stereo?

I did the connection myself but the sub/amp works only in radio not when playing CD's.I did everything by connecting on all of the RCA at the back of the unit but still works on radio only and not on CD.I notice when i play CD's ,the amp turned off.My head unit is Kenwood KDC MP528.What is the problem?Please help.

It sounds like you used the power antenna wire and not the remote. Check the harness for 2 blue wires and use the other one. The power antenna wire will only stay on if the radio is on in some makes/models.
