Help in selecting course?

hi, i'm 26 yrs old doing my final yr. B.A. i have decided to strat my career as system admin or in networking. so finished Diploma in Hardware n Networking. now any one can suggest me wat i have to do further to get job and also suggest me to do BCA or B.sc Computer Science or B.sc IT so that i can get more knowledge in the computer side. planning to do the UG thru corresspondence. so pls guide me for my future career.
