Help in track?

I'm running in my middle school conference finals this saturday. Here is what I will have to do.

Long Jump

100 M prelims

200 M prelims

100 M finals

400 meter relay

200 meter finals

I'm favored to win in all of these, but I'm worried this will be too much to do and I won't be able to perform my best. My team needs the points, so dropping out isn't an option.

I will have to do all of these within about 3 hours. How do I prepare for / handle this?

  1. You'll be fine.

just rest well inbetween and drink enough water.

  2. Caleb having been there and done this I have decided I need my team.  You are being put in the position so as to not be able to freely perform at your best. I suggest to do the best you can and not worry about the results. It is more important to be able to look in the mirror knowing you did your best and be able to live with the results. Winning on paper is the best time. Winning in life is knowing I did my best and being happy about the result. One can still work harder to improve but improvement comes much faster when on is at peace.

Don't let them stick you out on a limb all the time.

    Good luck Ms
