Help installing amp and subs

Question

I got used amps and subs from my dad and he said they work fine....and i googled how to install them and i did the step by step on what it said but they still wont work....need more info just ask....

make sure your ground is suffice

Make sure all of your connections are good and correct, and make sure you're using the correct size/type of wiring.....
