bottom line:did he end up going back to jail or did they drop the charges?

  1. He is 81 years old and in very poor health and probably won't last much longer.  I think it stupid to drag this on and a waste of tax payers money.


  2. They are holding him until he is extradited back to Maryland. A lot of folks think it's silly because his health problems will probably kill him before he gets the chance to die in jail. My opinion? If he did the crime, he's no better than anyone else and should have to serve his sentence.
