Help interpreting this..?

Basically its saying to listen to your heart, and make you decisions based  on what your heart tells you.

Exactly what meggy said. It just means to learn to know yourself, and know how to listen to your heart.

I think this could mean anything to anyone.

To me, it means, maybe you don't have to go along with what everyone is doing, if you do you'll get lost in the crowd. You should stop and listen to your heart, be yourself, don't try to change. If you fall into the crowd, you change, you become someone else. And then when its time for you to go, you never really get to know who that person was, that person inside of you.

Be yourself...I guess that's it.
