Help?? interview today?

ok I'm 17 years old and i have an interview at kmart at 1:30 and this would be my first interview ever and i don't know how to act i don't know what to wear i don't know what to bring with me can somebody help me???

wear black/khaki pants, a nice blouse, and flats. They will probably ask you questions like what are your strong/weak qualities, do you have good customer service skills, why do you want this job,how long do you plan to work here...etc. so just think about those answers before you go. And be polite and happy.

WEAR A GREAT BLACK,OR BROWN SUIT, YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH THAT.

MAKE SURE YOU SET UP A NEAT RESUME , IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY WORK EXPERIENCE,  PUT SOME EDUCATION, AND DEMONSTRATE  COFIDENCE, GOOD LUCK ...

Just relax. Wear something nice. It's better to over dress than under dress. Make sure you have your ID with you and possibly your SS card. Just act normal and answer any questions honestly. It may help if you do a little research on the company before you go such as what benefits are offered. This will show them you are serious about working for them.

well be very open and confident talk to her as you would talk to a friend but with correct vocabulary of course and proper words. try to sound outgoing as well as smart and qualified for the job! always make eye contact no matter how nervous! use hand language show more confidence. other than that dont forget to smile and make a little small talk and ask question about the position and company. research kmart so you know your stuff!

Be professional

Dress conservatively.  Don't show a lot of skin - no shorts, no jeans, no t-shirts, no tank tops.  Long casual pants and a blouse will work.

You want KMart to hire YOU.  Show that you will be reliable and quick to learn.

Think of a question that shows your interest in helping KMart like "Will I learn how to run the cash register?"

Don't ask self-centered questions like "When will I get a raise?" of "What days do I have off?"

Above all just relax and be yourself.  Right before your interview, clear your mind by thinking about a something very pleasant that you enjoy (a walk in the park on a nice day).

Don't worry everything will be fine. Just wear something descent, nothing fancy, and most of all be yourself. Try to look the person straight in the eye, it shows you have confidence in yourself and that you know how to deal with people. Always be friendly and never panic, it is never as hard as you think. And afterward if he says he will call you (or she) say thankyou... etc..Good luck I hope you get the job..:)
