Help ipod touch has problems connecting!!!!?

Heyy, when i plug in my ipod touch, it has problems syncing. It says its syncing but then it cancells. I recently came back from my cottage (which was 2 weeks long) and all i has was my ipod. I was using a wallcharger the whole time so i dont know if that means anything. But it is jailbroken so i may have overloaded it with apps. Sometimes it says: Could not find disk required or something. I dont know what it it and if i need to restore it? plz help me!!!! PS: it only synced one video last night so it did work at some times but still same problems. plz help!!

Also my itunes is 7.5 not 7.7 but that should be fine. And it says (when i plug it in) found new hardware, there has been a problem installing your hardware so it may not work properly.

tsk tsk... a jailbroken iPod Touch.

Try checking out the Apple Support website for troubleshooting:

But because it is jailbroken, I'm sure the warranty is void, so there's gonna be no help from Apple. But at least check out the support website.
