ok,i have kind of asked this question before but didn't make it very detailed.im 13 , a girl,im about 5 foot 1(156 cm),i weight about 115pds(52kg) im quite active,about 30-60 minutes of sport or excercise a day. im not really into soda or anything like that.occasionaly ill give into a binge of cookies,if its a bad day,but i generally don't eat junk.i was wondering if anyone could give me a specific diet plan to lose about 5 kilos? or 3? or 4? just anything i just want to fit in...

  1. It's simple. Burn more calories than you consume.

    Exercise for 1 hour a day and eat mostly fruit and veg, then you'll lose weight.


  2. Sweetheart...at 13 and your height, considering you work-out 30-60 minutes a day, You're where you should be.

    Please remember that since you are into physical activity, you are building muscle mass...and muscle is 8x denser than fat.

    As for "fitting in"...most of your girlfriends are turning into pudgeballs, same with the boys. Exercise is passe. But, if you have more muscle, you can worry less about gaining weight, you can sleep less, and you're more alert!

  3. Well....... you can start eating fruits cause that's what i asked on this web .my best answer is to eat some berries and veggies! i also lost a pound or at least 5 pounds!!!(im a vegdatarian ) so good luck!!:0
