Help itunes does not play

my itunes is weird . at the very top it says accessing itunes stores it is not taking me to the store

1. Make sure your internet connection does not block the ports used by the itunes store

2. make sure you have installed the latest version of itunes!

3. make sure you have logged into the store first in the top right otherwise the main page won't appear!

restart it, is your internet connection working?

your computer might be wierd or you need to download the lastest i tunes version again. i hope that helps
