Help ive been growing veg for the first time in my garden but dont know this one with yellow flowers help?

IVE GROWING VEG FOR THE FIRST TIME BUT LOST MY PLASTIC STICK SO GOT THE PLANTS MIXED UP NOW THERS ONE ABOUT 2 FT TALL WITH BRIGHT YELLOW FLOWERS ON TOP WHAT IS IT DO YOU THINK DONT TELL ME IVE BEEN FEEDING A WEED

Cucumbers, squash, zuchinni, canteloupes, watermelons all have yellow flowers that look similar...Have you planted any of them? If so it is more than likely one of them

Marrow has yellow flowers, but don't think it gets two feet tall!

No it's not a weed, possibly it could be a squash or cucumber. If you plant has big green leaves it is one of those most likely. Soon a veg. will produce after the flower is dried up. good luck my first year of a garden also.
