Help ive got bad arthritis in neck / shoulders etc, i take oramorph for the pain but it only helps a little.?

Ive also got a bulding disc in my neck from a accident 20 yrs ago. How can i get away from the pain, i have some good days and others are terrible.

I would go to the doctor and get some trigger point injections which should help the pain.  Theshots last from 3 months to a couple of years.
