Help learning another language?

I'm learning Spanish and I'm not fluent completely, but almost there. I'm conversational with my Spanish speaking skills, but like I said, not fluent completely. Anyway, what things could I do or resources to use that would enhance my Spanish speaking, listening, hearing and understanding skills? Things that would help not just for learning Spanish, but strategies for any language?

If you have any Spanish speaking friends, keep talking to them in Spanish, listen to how they talk. Also, try listening to Spanish songs while following along to the lyrics. That'll help with your listening.

talk to your friends who speak spanish.

i think the best way to be fluent is just listen to tapes and watch spanish tv series!! :)
