Help made babaganoosh to much garlic no time to add more eggplant anyone have any thoughts?

  1. Garlic is really hard to overpower with any kind of seasoning... If you can't add something with substance (like more eggplant), then you might be out of luck.  Consider putting some lemon juice in.  A little sour tang might keep people from noticing the garlic as much, though the garlic is still going to pack a punch in their breath :P  Also, serve LOTS of pita bread with it.


  2. Add a tbsp or 2 of either yogurt or sour cream, It will neutralize the garlic and give your baba ghanoush a creamier taste.
