Help? major boy problems?

OK so my best frend likes this guy and she liked him before and he lked her but hes so shy and nothing happened. She got over him and they were still friends. Now we got back from summer and she likes him all over again, Im the only one that knows and she wants to be boyfriend giflfriend with him and she doesnt want any one to know. She doesnt really date so its kinda a big deal and she wont do anything unless she knows he likes her or will askher out. How can i find out if he lyks her or not. without saying do u like jessica? and being all obvious???and what can she do to get him to ask her out???

you're on your own. just make your friend stop being shy. if she doesn't want anyone to know about their relationship, then that means she's just ashamed of having him be with her.
