Help making a picture cd?

I am making a cd with pictures of me and my boyfriend for my bridal shower! I need help with the best software to use! I also want music to be on the cd while the pictures are showing! Thanks

  1. The best software is Adobe Photoshop Elements, but its not free.

    If you want a good free one, try Microsoft Photo Story (Recommended) or Windows Live Photo gallery.

  2. Animoto you can make a video (slideshow) of your pictures and add music from their library or your own.  When you are done you can export it to youtube or put it onto a cd.
