Help making a step function graph?

Draw a coordinate grid(assuming you know how to do that if note check on google imagery) then plot the points for x and y. By the way x is along the bottom and y is vertical. By the looks of it , it is going to be a steep straight line graph. I f you still are not sure about it and think it may be a quadratic( u shaped with an x squared term) graph ask me.
