Help making photos larger Please???

I own two fantastic groups in http://yahoogroups and they are doing very well if I do say so myself. One is for people who have pets or maybe just like to talk about pets and the other is a meeting place to make friends and discuss anything and everything from recipes, advice, television and movies, jokes....etc. anyways.....a friend of mine sent me some photos from her camra to download into my group but they are small when I put them in the albums and I want to make them larger but dont know how. I could use some advice. And if anyone is interested in my groups just e-mail me (address is on my profile) and then I can send you an invitation.

if you entered them into a folder, when you click on that folder, did you then try to click on those particular photo's? are they still small when you do that? most photo's in the photo album appear small, but if you click directly on that photo a page opens that shows a larger photo.

if that's not the case, enlarging photo's requires most times software to do this and it's difficult to give those instructions not knowing the software used to do it.
