You can stay in Italy if you apply for work on an agency and as a tourist but up to 90 days only. You have to process a tourist visa at the Italian embassy in the Philippines.

I don't know about Italy.  But if you can make it to the U.S. you could pretend to be a Mexican and they'd let you stay.  You can even get on the IRS website and get an official US tax ID number.  That would allow you to fool an employer into giving you a job.

You can go to Italy but only as a tourist. Italy has many upstanding and honest PI residents. Can't one of your home pals find you a job and then get you in?
