Help me, i dont know anymore

Question

things have been getting on top of me recently, i want and to get away from everything - my family firends house or im going to be a danger to myself, im jsut sick of ev erything

i cant tell my family, they have no idea i feel this way

hey raggy, what is it thats actually getting on top of you? is is anything you can sort out? why not speak to your family/friends it may help.

i often feel like this too but i like to have a full day to myself having me time doing the things i like best  feel his helps :)

Sounds like you are hitting rock bottom there. If I'm going through a difficult time in my life I just remember that I have good health, friends and family. There will always be people out there worse off than you and there are others who are better off. If there is something in your life you don't like change it, whether its your job or other aspects, nobody can do it for you.

you can tell God all your troubles...  - best to tell God and not tell everybody else anyway - He already knows...

You're not a freak.  Heck, you'd be a freak if you *never* felt this way.

I guess I'd advise you--first of all--to figure out what you need.  Or at least, what might help?  Someone to help shoulder your workload?  Time off?  A friend or relative to talk to?  A therapist to confide in?  And there's nothing wrong with talking to a doctor about medication.

Then, gather up the spirit to tell *someone*.  Maybe not your family......but maybe so.  Maybe they do have some idea you feel this way.  And even if it was a surprise to them, would that really be so bad?  Just describe to them--in as much or as little detail as you want at first--what you're going through and ask if they would help you take any steps you think might improve your situation.

p.s.  I think lots (if not all) ppl feel like this from time to time

How can your family help you if you won't tell them how you feel? Give them a chance to help you. Also, please go see your doctor. You should not have to feel so bad. Good luck to you dear!

You need to talk to your parents.  If not them a friend or a school counselor or someone.  You need to talk this out.
