Help me, new computer?

ok, i bought my new hp cpu yesterday, and today, like 5 minutes ago, my recycle bin just disappeared! i didnt move it or anything, im sooo scared cuz its a new cpu!! PLEAASE tell me how i can put it back on my desktop!! i have windows vista btw =[

another way #

open any program .on left hand side there is a list of items on your PC one is the recycle bin.just drag and drop onto desk top.

it's the way i replace icons that disappear on the rare occasion.

Right-click on the Desktop, click Personalize, and in the left pane, click Change desktop icons. In the Desktop Icon Settings dialog, enable the Recycle Bin checkbox

Click OK.

Best OS ive ever used , alot safer then xp by far. compatiblity wont be an issue in time but other than that this os beats out xp id say. ive used both xp and vista for about equal amounts of time and id prefer vista for sure. id buy this again definately.
