99% of all my fat is on my stomach, 1% is on my thighs and bum.

I was looking up on google (as you do) to see how I could get rid of my constantly bloated belly and stumbled across this link:

I thought oh FINALLY! There is someone out there the same as me. Then I read it. THIS WOMAN IS 5 WEEKS PREGNANT! I have the stomach of a pregnant woman.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of my stomach and make it completly flat. It's not so much it's flabby just BIG.

I am thinking of going on a detox diet for a week and see if that helps.

Any other advice, tips, stories?

Please, I'm so upset... :'(

  1. Well my auncle suffers from his kidney and also was sufferin from high cholesterol they told him to eat all green vegetables ,fruits and lots of water. His was fat and his weight reduced greatly that ppl actually notice the change. Another thing that many say that helps is Aerobics which is any sport or exercise which involves alot of body movement enough for u to feel the heat in your body and sweat alot. Aerobics could be like jumping rope, running, swimming, basketball etc., situps don't help since they only built muscles but dont burn fat so u might have a 6 pack put ppl wont notice because of the fat coverin it. I suggest you get into some sport or a gym because alone it's difficult unless you have alot of willpower to force yourself to exercise everyday also you might get bored doing it alone. I hope this helped:)

  2. do cardio like running, swimming, bike riding, rollerblading, high intensity interval training. all those burn fat. Pilate's will tone your ab muscles and help you achieve a flatter tummy.

  3. Oh come on.. Don't be upset!! There are a lot of people in the world who don't have supermodel bodies!!!! but if you really insist on going on a diet, I would suggest more exercise!! Stuff like sit ups, since most of your fat is on ur stomach. but it doesn't really matter.. I know a  lot of plup people and every body loves them!

  4. Unmanaged stress can cause unwanted weight gain in the mid section. I don't know your situation, but a good friend of my started this new job a year ago that was very demanding.  She was stressed majority of her time at work and leaked into her home life.  Within six months she gained about 20 lbs give or take all in her middle and she was not pregnant or had any other health issues.  She was freaked as well.  So I encouraged her to do pilates and yoga with me after work to help wind down from work and increase her daily fiber and dairy intake.  Today we still do yoga 3-4 times a week and she is still at the job but managing her stress and down about 8 inches in her waist.  Hope that helps.
