A. Right to legal counsel

B. Right to fair arrest

C. Right to protection from cruel and unusual punishment

D. Right to freedom of the press

I dont know this please help. I do know it is not c or d so it must be a or b. I think it b but I am very unsure. Please help

    There is no such thing as a right to fair arrest.  Think how many have been arrested even though they are innocent, or rather not guilty.

    In the Miranda Rights, it says that you have the right to a lawyer, and if you cannot afford one, one will be assigned to you.

  26. The correct answer is B. Right to fair arrest.  There is nothing 'fair' about being arrested, whether one is guilty of a crime or innocent of a crime.  There can't be anything fair about being arrested, because if that was possible we wouldn't need attorneys, judges, prosecutors, or courts that put the 'fairness' into the justice system.
