Help me ASAP! What should i do?

Im so freakin mad because FedEX delivered all my packages to a different person. They are currently not working today and i want my packages. Can someone tell me a way to get it back or i will sue those dam ********.

complain and tell them they have to get them to YOU!!! because they were supposed to be sent to you

Fed ex should have a 1-800 number you could call, or check thier website for some more info, i really hope you get your packages!

I had a friend who bought 400 dollars worth of X-mas gifts that got shipped to her old address. The people there signed for them! And whichever postal serivce it was told them who signed. So they went to the house to confront the people and get their stuff....they got it, in opened boxes with a few children's gifts missing!!!! Nothing ever happened, she re-ordered!!

did you get insurance on those packages? because when you send mail you can usually get insurance on them through the company so that if the packages are lost or broken they are liable for it. but if you did not then you can not sue them, because i am very sure that their company is not liable for anything lost or damaged. the only thing to do is to contact who ever recieved the packages and ask them to mail them to you. hopefully the person who recieved them did not tamper with them, or won't pretend to not have gotten them.

if they signed for it, you should be safe, by that person signing for it they basically authorized fedex to illegally complete your transaction, fedex will have to recover your package for you or refund you and come after the person who signed for it. at least thts what ups did for me, i had a sidekick lx arrive to the same adress as me the next city over and i got them to recover it

did you include insurance on the FedEx delivery?  if you did, then you can claim insurance, but if you didn't you're SOL.  FedEx Ground sucks.  it happened to us before as well.  for over two, three weeks, they took our package around the states, but at the end, our package was completely damaged and was returned to sender.  we were ok since we had the package insured.  don't know if you knew, but FedEx Ground is outsourced to 3rd parties.  any joe blow can buy a FedEx Ground route.  i think UPS or USPS is the way to go.  i wouldn't use FedEx Ground if i don't have to.  good luck girlfriend.

I thought FedEx worked 24-7.  This is Monday.  Why would they NOT be working on a regular work day???

file a dispute online with fedex.  it'll take you two minutes.  they'll either go and get your packages from that man, or they will pay to have everything replaced.
