I am Mexican but are not prepared for that who do not eat chile really need much help

OK so you know just stupid the use of chili peppers is to other people..

SO just leave it out in your preperation and put your hot sauce - salsa to the side..

why not take the flat tostados place at the end of a long table place the beans next then lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, salsa, and so forth that way they can fix their own it makes it fun and people get to be involved also it is easy to restock the food especially for so many people decorate the table with festive things from Mexico try orientaltrading.com for party decorations. good luck

My advice is to not to worry too much.  Just make something that you know people will like.

If you're worried about the food being too spicy, then cut back on the spice a little.

You will be surprised that spicy food is popular in the USA.

You want your guest to experience the local food and not change it too much....  Just my thought.

why don't you make tostadas de pollo, arroz, frijoles, caldo de pollo, tacos de papas, chilequiles (un poco chiloso no mas) or other things that the chile can be put on separately

Make something that isn't to spicy. Is taco's Mexican?

I don't know but that is what we have in America is taco's and we usually think Mexican so do something like a taco but in your own way.
