  1. try scooping out the excessive water.  then you can use the plunger.  if you have a wet/dry vacuum use that to suck out the water.

email me if you need more help.  i was once your age!

  2. you can turn the water off to the toilet which should be the only k**b right under the toilet. Scoop out as much water thats int there, then I would try the wire hanger to pull out what you could. Then turn the water back on and try to flush.

  3. ahaha, your screwed buddy..sorry..get a plunger, only thing that will help you right now

  4. This will sound disgusting...but it works. I used to work as a janitor at an apartment complex and learned tons of things along the way.

When you're toilet is clogged and you don't have a plunger, take a regular kitchen trash back and put your hand in it as if it were a big glove. Put your hand in the toilet and use your fist as a suction cup by putting your hand down the drain...not to far or tight...or you'll have an even bigger embarrassing situation on your hands with your local FD.

After a couple times of moving your arm up and down as a plunger and occasional using your hand as a scoop...to help prevent any other toilet paper from clogging as your trying to prevent the opposite, your problems will quickly go down the drain. This trick always worked for me. I bought a cheap plunger from Walmart...used it once and it broke and have done this ever since. Beats the purpose.
