I'm 25, I have an iud, not really time for my period. Okay. It's in my lower-very low- left side in the front of my stomach. Like over my ovary. It's been there since Saturday night. It wakes me up, and it started out very dull and achey, with bouts of very sharp stabbing pain. I've been to the bathroom, I'm not constipated. Now it's very constant and sharp, and I'm nauseated. Any ideas? I'm going to go to the doctor today, but does anyone know what I might be looking at? Any help would be great. Thanks!!!!

  1. Sounds like an ovarian cyst.  I get them and the pain and symptoms fit perfectly.

  2. Could be ulcerative colitis? Best to go to a doc and get it checked though.

  3. it could be this thing called

    diverticulitis or something,
