  1. honestly honey, sounds like anxiety attacks. the dr can give you cimbalta which controls the serotonin in your brain that is off balance I understand this all too well. I have 2 teens that suffer from this. the meds do not make you feel dopey, they make you feel normal again. go to your dr and talk to them. meds can help tremendously and don't have to be long term. your system may only need a kick-start good luck sweetheart.

  2. honey you are having anxitey attacks and sounds like you are starting to get this condition called agrrophobia this is a condition were you are scared to leave the house it is together with anxitey attacks.what i would do is go to a counselor and they will use postive thinking with you too help you overcome this.there is meds out there you could take too but it is better to try on your own.also go online to this site called mid west center for anxitey and pannis attacks the ladys name is lucinda basset.the program helped me overcome this after years.

  3. your not stupid at all.  i know EXACTLY how you feel.  i am afraid of the same things and have been for about 4 years now.  i use to always shelter myself from people because i was afraid i would get sick or have to go to the bathroom.  even now i still get times when i am all the sudden overcome with anxiety and feel the need to "escape".  i am only 17 and this started around 9th grade or so.  I finally got tired of it and went to talk to a psychatrist which helped a little but the thing that really helped was getting prescribed Zoloft.  it helped a bunch but it isnt an instant fix, it just made it easier to control.  I know how you feel cause not a lot of my friends understand how bad it gets.  they all know about it but they dont know how bad it can get.  i couldnt even go to homecoming one year because i freaked out so much.  i would ask your parents to go see a psychatrist and to get some medicine to help lessen your nervousness.  you can email me if you want someone to talk to cause i have been there, done that, and am still struggling with it.  it helps to talk to people so email me if you need advice or just wanna talk to someone who understands.  =]

  4. This sounds like an "anxiety disorder," which is actually quite common.  Don't be scared by the word "disorder" - it's attached to everything these days.  Many people have learned to manage it with help and support, so I recommend looking up experts and support groups on it.  Go to a specialist/psychologist to check.

As simple as it sounds, breathing helps.  When you feel yourself getting nervous, take a few deep breaths, look around and try to think about why those around you are NOT nervous in the same situation.

Definitely seek out help.  Good luck.

  5. Try Yoga.  Something that will teach you to calm down and center yourself.  Then; it will help in your everyday things.

  6. Just remember life isn't worth living unless you live it well. Repeat saying it over and over again, and if you die today you'd live a happy life.

Friends mean the world to me, get some nice ones, you lose the nervousness soon.

  7. it sounds like anxiety or you don't have any confidence and very low self esteem. R u afraid of what others think of you and if they will accept you or not like you? how long has this been going on?
