Help! me ID this Capacitor value/component identification?

This blew up into pieces, I need to replace it. I cannot decipher its value. Here is the photo. Thanks!

  1. Not sure, but it could be "150 micro-farads" rated at "6 kilovolts."


  2. Z5P is the type of ceramic used. 6KV is the voltage, 6,000 volts. 150 is the capacitance, I would guess this means 150pF based on the size of the cap. It could also mean 15pF or 150uF, but these are very unlikely.
