Help me Identify the title to this movie?

Question

k so I watched this movie a long time ago. I don't remember the title, but i do remember that it was a scary 90s movie about these dark stones that descended from the sky. Once a person touches them, then they would slowly start to get controlled over by a creature that forces them to produce evil acts. Some people that touched the black stones turned evil right away, and for others it took a while. I remember that it was a 2 part movie. If anyone knows what movie I am talking about, please notify me, and thank you in advance! :)

IMDb synopsis:
