If an employer asks about how I deal with disagreements with people, what do they want to hear? And how I deal with stress?

  1. they basically want to hear that you can handle the situation calmly and try to accommodate the needs of the customer if possible. if not possible the best action is to inform the manager about the situation so they can take action.


  2. they just want to know how you would handle a disagreement or confrontation because when you are dealing with customers thats more then likely going to happen good luck  

  3. Communication is the key. Tell them that if you are in a conflict with someone, you tactfully approach them and communicate. You never want to escalate a situation and depends what kind of company you work for they might have comps for your customers. The stress questions is up to you. I work great under stress and it motivates me more, but if that doesn&#039;t work for you, advise them that if you are stresses that you take a moment to gather you thoughts and figure out how to overcome the problems you are facing. Just ne honest, and when answering questions like that, just put yourself in the other persons shoes how you would like to be treated if you were the upset individual. Hope this helps you.
