okay i know this may sound strange to you but sometimes my little sister can really make me mad/angry, and i sWEAR i cannot control myself! i feel like i just need to reach out and strangle her and hit her. sometimes i try not to be harsh so i just smack her... but one time i was a little to mean and a threw her against the wall screaming.. do i have anger problems, do you know how i can stop??? please help i want to stop right away

Yes you need help. Tell your parents of your fears and make them listen. You need to be able to control yourself . She is just a kid and doesnt know what she is doing.
