I can run 1/2 a mile in 5:27
I can do 100 crunches
I CANT DO ONE SINGLE PUSHUP!
I can do 20 GIRL PUSHUPS but not one boy pushup!
I weigh more than most girls my age, but ive been getting etter, but girls arent supposed to be that muscular, so if I workout wont i weigh more?
So how can i do a regular pushup without being creepy muscular, but kinda fast because my grade depends on it, and my teacher kinda DEMANDS we do regular pushups!
Please Help!
